in the non-profit sector.  Maintaining relevance in rapidly changing times should be at the forefront of every non-profit organization’s agenda for the future.  It is not enough to presume that one’s mission can speak for itself or that the way your organization’s mission has traditionally been fulfilled will be adequate to meet the demands of the future.

We see growing a non-profit organization as a complex and interdependent process, with effects that ultimately extend into all recesses of the organization.  That is why we approach fundraising as an organic process – we want to ensure that fundraising initiatives are understood and implemented in such a way that everyone involved with the organization can feel invested in and excited about the shared goal.  We work with our clients to develop the vision, the leadership and the resources necessary to engage the participation and enthusiastic support of staff, volunteers, donors and other stakeholders.  The rationale for this approach is simple – anything short of this level of participation and committment will be reflected in the success of the outcome.
